Good to see this post. Intermodal is such an efficient and effective method of transportation. In a time when we are short truck drivers, experiencing increasingly clogged and failing roadway infrastructure and the ever growing need for transportation it is vital that shippers understand rail offers a better way. Not to mention, a safer way. Both transportation modes offer important roles, but rail is the unparalleled best for over the road movements. Keep on getting the word out, CSX!
