Can work boots 👢👢 go well with a suit? 🤔🤔 Thrilled to have had the incredible opportunity to share my experiences at ABSL Poland event on AI in Recruitment, Leadership, and real-world Study Cases 🚀🚀 🎙️ Being a presenter was a true honor, and I'm grateful for the chance to contribute to the insightful discussions that unfolded. I talked a bit about my own experiences and a #boots helped me to illustrate my way of thinking 👉 These boots serve as a metaphor for candidates who may cheat during the recruitment process, presenting themselves as professionals in polished suits and relying on technology to appear more knowledgeable than they truly are. But at the end of the day, their skills and knowledge are accurately represented by these boots. 👉On a positive note, the boots also symbolize Danish Crown. The organization is owned by over 2400 Danish farmers. It's essential not to be misled by the boots alone, we are a highly professional entity boasting one of the most modern factories in Europe. Additionally, five years ago, we initiated a real transformation of internal services, implementing a #gbs model into the structure of our capital group. 👉However, these boots also lead me to the story I shared with the audience. Just as these boots represent candidates cheating during the recruitment process, they also symbolize individuals responsible for the recruitment process, selling a brighter picture of the company, project, job offer or team. But this is only the first part, the real challenge is how to keep employees engaged and fulfill the promises made during the recruitment process.
