“If I was an IRO, I would find a way to spend time with each of the direct reports to the CEO, and convey to that person my interest in that subject matter and volunteer on a project at some point. It's a great way to establish your own credibility internally and build your brand across every direct report to a CEO.” ~ Smooch Repovich Rosenberg on Winning IR Podcast with Mark Fasken 👉 Find the link of the episode in the comments below. . . #InvestorRelations #FinancialCommunications #IROs #IR

Multinational companies are keen to ensure that the Total Cost of Risk (including taxes) are at an optimal level (within the budgetary parameters). But this sometimes is in direct conflict with the insurance regulations and the the intepretation of the laws by the global insurers. Risk managers need to ensure that they are equipped with all pertinent information before renewal (rather than after the inception date) to put them in a position to make an "informed decision". But the challenge is HOW, and WHO can assist? Only Marsh Multinational and its unique Insurance Regulatory & Tax Consulting Practice can provide such support. Constructive feedback would be very welcome.
