A recent article in The Economic Times on the current corporate scenario shows that the demand for top leadership is soaring amidst a notable talent crunch. In 2023, the Indian corporate landscape saw an unprecedented exodus of CEOs and CXOs, with a record number of 179 managing directors and CEOs departing from NSE-listed companies. This trend underscores a critical gap in corporate talent development. The dilemma intensifies as organizations invest substantial time, energy, and resources in identifying and engaging potential leaders, only to encounter last-minute withdrawals. This unforeseen setback not only disrupts the immediate process but also inflicts broader consequences on the company's operational efficiency and long-term goals. Companies need to have a dependable and effective solution to handle this challenge as they navigate the complexities of the business world. At COHIRE - India's first fractional CXO Platform, we understand the urgency and complexity of engaging with great leaders. You can engage with our vast 350+ network of CXOs, who are available almost instantly. Let's work together to create a strong leadership legacy for your organization starting today! #leadership #business #cxo #cxoinsights #engagement #growth #development #success

Extending my heartfelt thanks to Everest Group and all the #GCC industry leaders for their active participation in the recent roundtable discussion hosted by the Everest team at Carelon Global Solutions India facility in Bangalore. The session centered around the value addition that Global Capability Centers (GCCs) enable and their journey towards maturity. It was truly an enlightening and engaging conversation, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of it. I was amazed to witness the alignment of thoughts 🎯 among the attendees regarding the importance of adding value and achieving more with limited resources 🚀in the year 2024 and beyond. It was inspiring to see how each GCC has undergone or is currently undergoing a journey of maturity, emerging as a valued partner to parent company. Sharing some of the key takeaways that resonated with me from the valuable insights shared during the discussion: ✅Proximity with the business is crucial in building knowledge within GCCs. This knowledge allows us to think outside the box and contribute significant value from the GCC perspective. ✅Creating functional roles within GCCs helps the enterprise adopt a more globally relevant culture instilling values of unity and collaboration among associates. ✅Maturity of GCCs is defined primarily by the speed at which we enable holistic knowledge-building. The faster we can develop a deep understanding of our organization, the quicker we can deliver meaningful value from the GCCs. ✅Sustained success of the GCC model can be achieved through constant reassessment of the real purpose of GCCs and aligning it to the operating model. GCCs must adapt to evolving business needs and focus on organizational goals to ensure continued growth and impact. I would like to extend my gratitude to the team at Everest and the participants for their valuable insights. These perspectives further reinforced our understanding of the values that GCCs can bring to our organization. I look forward to continuing our collective efforts in driving excellence and delivering impactful results. #perspective #MorewithLess #ProductivityMatters Ankur Sehgal Vishal Mahajan Sumit Srivastava Bharath M Sundaram Monalisa Modi Parul Jain

2023 was clearly a year where a new protagonist (or antagonist, depending on who you talk to) emerged: #GenAI As the tumultous year wound down it was great to sit down with Josh Stinchcomb, CRO at The Wall Street Journal to unpack the impactful advancements of #AI and its emergence not just as a tool, but the very fabric shaping the future of organizations, and how it is poised to change the way we live and work (short video clip below). As the Generative AI juggernaut rolls on to revolutionize industries, I guess 2024 will be a year where major strides will be made on creation of new services and business models that were previously inconceivable, on tangible ROI, privacy, security issues, regulations and responsible AI paradigms
Tune in as Harshul Asnani, President - Technology & Media Business, Tech Mahindra, shares his insights on #GenAI’s impact on modern enterprises cultivating growth for a new era of innovation and progress, in conversation with Josh Stinchcomb, Global Chief Revenue Officer, The Wall Street Journal, at the WSJ CEO Council Summit. https://lnkd.in/dtbWwdJ5 #WSJCEOCouncil #Leadership #TechMahindraAtDavos
