Let's leave your dying cookies aside for a moment and just talk about the value of multi-touch attribution models on their own. MTA models are designed to highlight which touch points customers are using on their journey to purchase with your brand. They're great for figuring out how to optimise your customer journey and tweak your digital presence to be more effective. What they don't tell you is how to spend your budget.
