Through partnering, leading programs are adding tens of millions of members. Credit card operators and payment providers could go one better given their reach. 💎 Recognition without the program. For businesses who already know all / most their customers, a rigid program holds little benefit vs highly personalised offers, celebrating moments and going the extra mile where it matters. 👁️🗨️ Chat GPLoyalty.
