Back in March our partner Tytus Cytowski was interviewed by CEE Legal Matters on his outlook on the CEE market as a U.S. lawyer working with CEE clients. A few takeaways about the entrepreneur and legal landscape: 👉 We are currently witnessing the golden years of the CEE region, particularly in the tech sector. 👉 We’re likely to see a surge in product-based companies as opposed to solely software-based ones. 👉 CEE extends to the diaspora of founders, entrepenuers with CEE roots in Silicon Valley, Tel Aviv and London. 👉 Entrepenuership has become a career path for people in CEE. 👉 CEE is no longer considered exotic; it has proven itself as a center for advanced technology, with people in Silicon Valley recognizing it as a rising star. 👉 CEE entrepreneurs discovered they could build US-style companies without being physically located in the US. 👉 US law is another product like Hollywood, Starbucks, Disney, and McDonalds that attracts global customers (users). 👉 CEE cannot rely on the US to protect it. The region has to do a better job of building prosperous and vibrant societies based on the rule of law (not the rule of man). Still surviving.... 🎇 Today, I will be watching the fireworks🎇🎆🎆🎆🎇 in Budapest from England... This scene always makes me homesick... 😯 But, at the same time, it reminds me that the country has survived it all... 😊 Battered ⚔ left right and centre, by internal and external forces. But it's still there. If your business is not having a smooth ride, you're not alone! It's about learning to ride the storm. Here's what we celebrate today: 🎇Our business is over 5 years old. 🎇We survived longer than most. 🎇We have found a model that works for our clients and recruited international talent we can train and support. 🎇And we are still alive and kicking, despite not being large enough to get the funding and finance most larger firms have access to. Here's to #celebrating 🎆🎇 #business and #resilience of countries, cultures, and values! #businesspost

Chambers of Commerce can play in helping Latino businesses create a supply chain that addresses generational wealth. Chambers of Commerce serve as valuable resources and platforms for business development, networking, and advocacy, which are all essential components in establishing a strong and sustainable supply chain. Here are some ways that chambers of commerce can support Latino businesses in creating a supply chain to address generational wealth: 1. Networking and Collaboration: Chambers of commerce provide opportunities for Latino businesses to connect and collaborate, as well as with other businesses and organizations. By facilitating networking events, business fairs, and industry-specific forums, chambers of commerce enable Latino entrepreneurs to build relationships, exchange ideas, and form partnerships that can contribute to the development of a robust supply chain. 2. Access to Resources: Chambers of Commerce often offer a wide range of resources and services that can assist Latino businesses in establishing and managing their supply chain. These resources may include workshops, training programs, and mentoring initiatives focused on supply chain management, logistics, and procurement. Additionally, chambers of commerce can provide access to market research, industry trends, and funding opportunities that can help businesses make informed decisions and navigate the complexities of supply chain development. 3. Advocacy and Representation: Chambers of Commerce play a vital role in advocating for the needs and interests of Latino businesses at the local, regional, and national levels. They can represent the collective voice of Latino entrepreneurs and advocate for policies and initiatives that support the development of a diverse and inclusive supply chain. By engaging with policymakers, chambers of commerce can influence regulations and create a favorable business environment that fosters generational wealth creation. 4. Education and Training: Chambers of Commerce can organize educational programs and training sessions focused on supply chain management strategies, best practices, and emerging trends. 5. Market Expansion Opportunities: Chambers of Commerce often facilitate trade missions, business delegations, and international exchange programs, providing Latino businesses with opportunities to explore new markets and expand their supply chain beyond local boundaries. By connecting businesses with potential partners, customers, and investors, chambers of commerce can help diversify supply chain sources and open doors to new growth opportunities. Through networking, access to resources, advocacy, education, and market expansion opportunities, chambers of commerce can empower Latino entrepreneurs to establish and nurture a sustainable supply chain that drives economic prosperity for generations to come. Get Involved in Chambers. #ihccbusiness

A huge thank you to the Estonian Embassy in Berlin for hosting us last night! Prime Minister Kaja Kallas shared incredibly inspiring insights on Estonia's remarkable journey in recent years. The country is like a young, dynamic organization, built on a foundation of innovation. - Digital company formation in hours: This has led to Estonia boasting the most startups per capita in Europe. - 0% corporate tax on reinvested profits: This strategy has resulted in 4 times more businesses per capita compared to France. - UN-recognized best government e-services: Estonia leads the way in online government services, including tax filing. - #1 in PISA rankings (outside Asia): Estonian students excel esp. in science and math. A huge thank you to the hosts of the evening Marika Linntam and Roomet Sõrmus - and Innokenty Burshteyn for bringing me along.
