“Practice, practice, practice in speaking before an audience will tend to remove all fear of audiences, just as practice in swimming will lead to confidence and facility in the water. You must learn to speak by speaking.” - Dale Carnegie

From Arena to Life: Lessons I learnt from Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championships. 1. Practice Relentlessly Train to win, but also to endure scars and face defeats. Just practice. 2. Rise Stronger Falling is okay; giving up is not. If you fall, come back bigger and stronger. 3. Harness Willpower In championships and in life, willpower is key. Always keep it. 4. Cherish Scars Not all scars are painful; some are marks of victory. 5. Value Lessons Over Trophies Victories are temporary, but lessons last forever. Make space for new achievements and stay humble. 6. Respect Opponents Treat opponents with respect; they are your best teachers. 7. Make Skills Reflexive Techniques and skills are not built overnight. Train until they become your natural reflex, in the ring and in life. 8. Face Challenges Head-On Never attack from behind. Confront challenges directly. 9. Train Under Hard Conditions Train in difficult situations to prepare for unpredictable opponents and life circumstances. 10. Seek Worthy Opponents Without pursuing worthy opponents, you will remain confined to superficial victories and stagnate in personal growth. #majorthrowback 👊#growthroughchallenges 👊 #striveforexcellence 👊 #beawarrior 👊
