1. More business content, I focused on the engineering. Time & experience has taught me more of a business background would have been helpful at times.
2. Just Do 1 program - MS Agricultural Engineering / Business

Are you aware that milk consumption has significantly decreased in recent years?
In 1975, people drank around 29-30 gallons of milk annually. However, in 2021, the intake has dropped to about 16 gallons and is still decreasing. This reduction can be attributed to various factors such as the rise of plant-based milk alternatives, the realization that milk may not have the health benefits previously believed, and the unsustainability of the milk industry due to overproduction, etc.
Interestingly, during my research on the dairy industry, I discovered that more people are becoming aware of the industry's unsustainability and unethical practices. Despite this, cheese intake has increased by 40% in 2023 alone, with projections indicating further growth.
Given this information, can you consider yourself an ethical person supporting the dairy industry?
