This is my son. He wants to raise money for his rugby team and he has prepared a “guess the number game” (there are quite a few dog walkers passing by here); the price is a small thing. He asks for any donations, at the beginning was not very successful, so he decide to change his strategy to motivate people and he offers to unsuccessful player a consolation price, a small chocolate- that is call good marketing!!!- This is a great example on how you prepare the #nextgeneration of #entrepreneurs. Motivate your team, support his initiative, adjust your sales and marketing materials… there is not a perfect sales pitch, but if your team is motivated; they will find a way to adjust it to fit you’re customer needs !!! #enriquelozano #elodiz
