I’ve never left a DAYBREAKER not inspired as $hit. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with them while I was at MUD\WTR and again this season with Apollo Neuro and their events are the antidote to the heaviness I often feel when I scroll social media, for example. The reality is there are good people in the world who choose joy. There are people in the world who want to lift you up, not tear you down. There are people in the world who SHOW UP- even at 6a on a Sunday! If you’re feeling down, movement is still the answer. Breath is still the answer. Community is still the answer. And Daybreaker reminds us of this with their formula of a movement class + a sober dance party, all rolled into three hours in epic venues across the globe. Congrats to Eli Clark-Davis, Radha Agrawal, Timothy Patch, and team on 10 YEARS of Daybreaker. We at Apollo were grateful to be a part of the celebration. In today’s ever-changing world, 10 years of anything is an incredible accomplishment, and it seems as though the world needs what Daybreaker provides more than ever. #community #mentalhealth #wellness
