T- 1 day from hitting the 📞 The BDR1's got assigned their MAE'S and accounts today! My first course of action: Introductions (my favorite part) I reached out and connected with all 3 of my Account Executives internally and via LinkedIn just to warm the waters. Second course of action: research. I flipped through the accounts in my modules and picked one for each MAE. Before I left the office today, I did a deep dive into my first 3 picks and compiled/organized relevant information so it would be ready for tomorrow when I figure out how to put my research into a talk-track. What will tomorrow bring? Who knows! Probably a booked meeting or two 😉 #GrowthMindset #BusinessDevelopment #Collaboration #Research #ColdOutreach

We doubled efficiency and increased average deal size by 3.7% for one of our clients. Here’s how we did it: We automated activities and focused on deal size prioritization. With Conquer, you can determine what are the biggest deals and what are the smallest deals. We set that up and help our clients prioritize which deals to focus on. The ability to help an SDR prioritize a deal based on its size is key. If we can prioritize that, we can help them work on the biggest and most beneficial deals, that’s big, it’s a huge revenue play.
