This is to help forge a plan of where to target with your searches - not just talk about where has an active and live job in that space. This means you will be more successful in finding the right role, and you should progress faster when you’re in it. Tara is not only defined by her achievements, we had a conversation to find out more about her. What do you like to do for fun outside of work? 🍰 I love to cook and bake! I find it very therapeutic, and the biggest reward is seeing loved ones enjoy my food. I also enjoy travelling, trying new foods, watching cooking shows and reading a good book. However, these days I’m spending most of my time playing with my young demanding baby! What's the best piece of advice you've ever received, either personally or professionally? “Rather than get overwhelmed by the many things you need to accomplish, focus on one small task at a time.” What's your favourite legal TV show or movie, and why? 🎞️ The Good Wife. I enjoyed the premise of a previous stay-at-home mother stepping out of her husband’s shadow and rising up the ranks as a litigator.
