Happy International Women's Day" Today, we see that only 24% of all tech roles worldwide are held by women. As a major player in the digital sector, and because our technologies lead to social development, Orange Business has the responsibility to empower women to create value through and for digital technology. At Orange Business we believe that diversity, in all roles and at all levels, is a powerful enabler for a company’s economic and sustainable performance, innovation, and employee well-being. This proactive policy resulted in Orange being ranked 63rd out of 4,000 companies worldwide in the Equileap Gender Equality 2024 report, 8th in our business sector. The Orange Group also posted a clear increase in its SBF 120 ranking, moving up from 38th place in 2022 to 10th in 2023. Today, 21.9% of women within the Orange Group work in innovation and tech roles compared to 36.2% of the total workforce. At Orange Business we are aiming to boost female representation further and have set the target of 25% women in technical and digital roles globally by 2025. #IWD2024 #WomenInTech
