It takes around 20 days of consistent effort to make a habit stick. In the upcoming 30 x 30 Dubai Fitness Challenge happening from October 28th to November 26th, LIFEMOST is actively supporting the commitment to at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day for a solid 30 days. Enough to make the new habit stick! You see, at LIFEMOST, we're all about supporting your well-being journey, and we couldn't pass up this opportunity. LIFEMOST is stepping up to the challenge by organizing some seriously cool group sessions with fantastic trainers. Now, speaking from a personal perspective, here's how I'm planning to tackle this challenge: 2 days a week of open water swimming 2 days a week of yoga or stretching 2 days a week of strength or interval training 1 day a week of spinning Hey, everyone in my Dubai network, I'd love to have you on board and hear about your plans for this public commitment. I’m in with the simple 30 mins exercises every morning with no exceptions. And although it may not seem fancy or impressive, it’s a big step for me and I hope the habit will stick 😅😅😅
