Hello everyone, I am a Masters student studying Town Planning at Leeds Beckett University. My final year university research project is centered around the topic of heritage-based regeneration. The objective of my research is to explore the efficacy of heritage-based regeneration as an alternative to growth-dependent planning using Oldham Town Centre as an example. To gain a deeper understanding of how heritage-based regeneration is applied in practice, I have created a survey aimed at planning professionals and other built environment professionals.
