Inbound tourism remains the biggest form of tourism to the UK, explains our next speaker, Joss Croft OBE - 杨博路, CEO at UKinbound. In his presentation, Joss explains that despite many challenges the UK faces when it comes to inbound tourism, it remains a vital part of hospitality and also a vital part of a hotel’s revenue. Joss Croft OBE said: “Our research shows that the main questions an individual will consider when choosing where to travel to a certain country is whether they will feel welcome in the country, as well as if they receive great value for money. “Hotels therefore have a unique role when it comes to inbound tourism, with ensuring guests feel welcome in an unfamiliar place while also delivering experiences that are value for money.” #DistilingExcellence #HotelLeadershipConference
