Sitting on one of Charles Eames's chairs made me reflect on one of his quotes: “Choose your corner, pick away at it carefully, intensely, and to the best of your ability; that way, you might change the world.” Eames' call to work on our chosen corners resonates with the current imperative for sustainability in design and manufacturing. By making conscious choices and driving innovation, we can collectively change the world. Transitioning to sustainable practices is an opportunity to lead towards a more sustainable future.
