Why is this false information, if this was the truth you would not have thousands of complaints and people would not be quitting. You also get ignored by DM’s if their are problems and you’ve already spoke with management. Most Management also do not know what corporate asks to be done. Some managers don’t even know how to talk to their employees. Some managers dont know about Ilearns that need done. I’ve had to explain most everything to a manager that said “I don’t care, f corporate.” That’s not the way to act. Some managers don’t dress professionally, they come to work stinking and with torn up clothes. Your supposed to represent the company. You can’t get in contact with HR or any upper management. You will be ignored. So in my opinion this advertisement is all misinformation leading to false claims. Dollar Tree do not know how to hire good managers. They hire bodies that just care about their bonuses.
This is one of the worst companies to work for. They don’t care about anything or anyone but MONEY in there pockets.

1moI worked for dollar tree almost 6 years, started as a cashier and ended as ASM. I would like to know how you support us! This company runs the good workers off, run us ragged, I had a coworker slash 3 of my tires(he was seen on store camera from festival who had cameras in parking lot). NOTHING was done about that, not to mention the hostile work environment he created for everyone. The only employees who get support from this company are the district managers and above. I wouldn't work for this greedy a** company again if my life depended on it!
