I believe in the power of community engagement and wellness. Being part of this project has been so inspiring with the immense dedication, efforts, small miracles, and sheer enthusiasm for a shared goal within my community. Part of my value & goal system is being a well rounded human, not being solely defined by one of my characteristics labels (lab, mom, wife etc.). We are defined by more than just our “9-5”. An inability to balance out these realities is when we see “dis”ease creep in, depression, anxiety, and issues with wellness. Humans intrinsically want to be more than just their job. #Wellness Daily news blog!))- People have a basic instinct inside of them to look for things that will make them feel safe & secure. An employer must become mindful of that. 'Everyday workers are human too, and their feelings & emotions reflect that in every way. Work-life balance is the prescription.. for every day workers who are given large amount of work-loads from corporate demands. But are receiving very little 'PTO hours in return, from each pay period. “It’s not the money, it’s the Wellness.” •Individuals working remote /or in office who help companies make money on a daily basis want the perks & benefits that comes with it. Every team position is relevant. Companies have had the resources for years to afford workers more time off w/ pay, but decidedly chooses to hold it from them. The good news is.. there are solutions to resolve this.💡 The time is near for working Adults to have more time off from work to: recharge + reset with a day of yoga, Pilates, or simply just to relax!
