We had the incredible opportunity to share our insights at the Index Design Talk 2024 on a subject that strongly resonated with us. Our Creative Director, Hilda I. curated a panel to explore the resilience designers need to cultivate to remain relevant in this Industry. Nikos Moskofidis talk about the daily impact of natural light and the “coded” messages sent to our brain that affect our wellbeing. Diana Espejo she touched on the holistic approach of Six Senses when it comes to wellbeing: from food, to programs and venues. Valentina Cereda explained the ancient and new techniques used to seek wellbeing from the master planning of the spaces up to the selection of materials. Simone Camposeranio forecasted the well-being industry in the next 15 years. Together, they touch personal stories on how to find balance in today’s challenging environment. The panellist prepared a playlist #thesonicambulance, a list of beats that either calm or uplift, highlighting music as in important tool in the world of mental wellbeing.
