Today I had the pleasure of visiting some of our great customers and spending the day in trade together with our regional On Trade team 🍻🍻 In my role, I value these direct talks with our customers, as they always provide important insights, feedback and a lot of fun. Some reflections and highlights from today: 1. Asking our customers is a direct source of insights about consumer behavior, selection of brands, and indicators of new growth opportunities 2. Observing execution of brands in outlets give inspiration from within our own category and outside category. New initiatives constantly being tested, and customers to share feedback 3. Distribution building of our new innovations is in our DNA, and today we did exactly that which gave great insights in to how to continuously improve and accelerate 4. Having fun doing it. Thanks to Andreas Kipp for the collaboration and efforts, and as the picture shows having lots of fun doing exactly that together with one of our customers Carlsberg Group #somethingisbrewing #lifeatcarlsberg #teamwork #customers #innovations

Last week I held a keynote about success factors in a team for Mondelez Österreich GmbH in Vienna as part of their 2024 sales conference. Every company wants to be successful and to be able to say "we are a winning team!". But what does it actually take to be successful? What are the main factors of success? Why is it not always the team with the best players that is the most successful one? How should you deal with not being successful at times and how can you make sure to come back stronger? #keynote #kleineshausderkunst #salesconference #success #winningteam

We were thrilled about our recent collaboration with Müller UK & Ireland , one of the nation’s favourite dairy brands, sourcing milk from 1,300 farmers in Britain to develop, manufacture, and market a wide range of products. Our fantastic coach and facilitator, Zoë Carter-Owen, used mojo - the employee motivation platform, to guide the team through nine different motivators, what they mean, and the strategies they can use to motivate, energise, and create a high-performance culture. Mojo drives productivity, boosts wellbeing, and improves engagement by determining WHY we do what we do. We also did a lighter touch on Insights, emphasising the HOW: how you interact with others and make decisions. This tool enhances people dynamics and improves workplace communication by offering a deep understanding of colleagues' and team members' behavioural preferences, strengths, and areas for development. The language of colour is simple to understand and remember, allowing the team to integrate it into the daily operations of Müller. We enjoyed seeing the team come together, discussing their insights about themselves and their teammates. The combination of using both Mojo and Insights will mean a more motivated, engaged, and high-performing team, driving positive outcomes for the entire organisation. We look forward to hearing how they progress! #Leadership #Teamwork #Motivation #Collaboration #Productivity #EmployeeEngagement #WorkplaceCulture

🌟 Team Purpose: Why Does It Matter? 🌟 As many of you know, I strongly believe in the power of finding both individual purpose and team purpose to propel our careers and lives forward. So I got very excited to lead the team vision session at last week's NASEA Conference in Pattaya! It was a fantastic opportunity to convene with brilliant minds, delve into discussions on crafting team purpose, and uncover the essence of our collective 'secret sauce! While we haven't nailed down our team's final purpose just yet, the progress we've made is electrifying. Every conversation, every idea shared, brings us closer to uncovering that North Star that will guide our journey together. Why do I think that discovering your team's purpose is a game-changer? 🌟 Because it's like giving your team a roadmap to follow, so everyone's on the same page and heading in the right direction. 🌟When everyone knows why they're doing what they're doing, it's easier to get excited and give it your all. 🌟Plus, having a clear purpose helps you make decisions faster and with more confidence. It's like having a North Star to guide you through the fog. 🌟And when you're all in it together, you naturally start working better as a team, coming up with cool ideas, and bouncing back stronger from setbacks. Big thanks to the Leadership team of Pepsi Lipton NASEA for investing time into this! Vineet Sharma Hareem Imran Maria Kris Ann Llanes-Dimaculangan Vananthon Imanotai Abdel Rahim Hajjar sabrina teng
