I use these 7 daily drills for better eye-sight: (After practicing this, I don't experience eye strain anymore!) Improve your eye-sight with these simple steps: 1. Morning Warm Up: ➜ I start my day with deep breathing, stretches & a gentle face massage followed by wrangling, swinging, and tapping my head for increased circulation. ➜ Also I do some neck-loosening exercises for a refreshed start. 2. Sunlight: ➜ I dedicate 5 minutes, 4 times a day to sun's natural light. 3. Palm Method: ➜ I close eyes with my palm for 30 minutes with music allowing myself to visualize colors, movement & depth. 4. Swing: ➜ I relax & observe apparent movement, 3 times a day for 3 minutes each! 5. Count: ➜ I count objects, colors, shoes, patterns or anything in quick easy glances. 6. Edge: ➜ I slowly trace the outlines of objects, especially at a distance that aren't very clear. ➜ Allow the illusion of apparent motion in the direction opposite to that in which your eyes are moving. 7. Play games of movement without glasses: ➜ I indulge in playing games with kids like Ping-Pong, catching the ball, frisbee & follow movement with my eyes and head. #liveamedicinefreelife #vision #eyesight #headache
