In their latest analysis published in the European Heart Journal, Drs. Rishi Puri, Samir Kapadia, Ian Persits & colleagues from Cleveland Clinic report that #TAVR can be safely performed in patients with untreated chronic obstructive #CAD. The study found no increase in procedural complication rates and relatively low rates of unplanned coronary revascularization & acute coronary syndrome at 1 year.
