"1). Grocery stores are the most preferred in-store format (83%). 2). About 76% of consumers use mobile apps when shopping. 3). Four in 10 respondents allow retailers access to data. 4). Walmart ranked as the best shopping experience by 23% of respondents, followed by Target (9%) and Costco (9%). 5). Respondents felt Walmart (54%) had the most helpful app, followed by Target (31%) and Kroger (19%)."

Instore shopper survey revealed that customers often struggle to find the products they are looking for. This issue can lead to frustration and potentially result in lost sales for the store. To address this problem, the store plans to implement a new store layout that is more organized and intuitive. The new layout will group similar products together and clearly label each aisle. Additionally, the store will offer assistance to customers who need help locating specific items. These changes are expected to improve the overall shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction.
