Health Mobius LLC fills a very unique niche in the health care industry. Originally started as a distributor, it stocks about 2,000 SKUs in its warehouse, but is also connected to other distributors like McKesson and Drive Medical, giving the company a catalog of around 80,000 SKUs. Some of these products are direct from the manufacturer, while others come through distribution channels and are drop shipped. Health Mobius leverages this extensive catalog to launch e-commerce applications for its customers, such as HME dealers, DME dealers, and small pharmacies. Basically, they take a lot of busywork off the hands of suppliers of HME, DME and personal care products and help them easily expand their reach. They provide an array of services such as catalog management, pricing, credit card transactions, customer service, and sales tax returns. In addition, its web applications are designed to help healthcare providers sell directly to patients.
