❌Myth: Trial participants find giving feedback to be a burden ✅Fact: They want to share their feedback, and have no way to do so Only 3% of trial participants are asked for their feedback on their trial, yet when we asked a patient advocacy group for their input, every single participant asked for longer surveys, more often. This is why Cancer Research UK (CRUK) are seeing more than 1 survey response per patient in one of their studies. This is a huge opportunity for the industry as feedback helps you to improve your trial design, and is a major part of patient engagement. Thanks to Dave Marshall for sharing his learnings. Transforming Healthcare with Innovative Tech Solutions | Empowering Oncology Practices for Better Outcomes
🚀 Exciting news! Next week, I’ll be attending the 2024 Association for Value-Based Cancer Care Conference in New York, and couldn’t be more thrilled to share the stage with some of the brightest minds in oncology and technology. 💡🎤 We’ll be diving deep into "The Practice Analytics Imperative: Better Measurement for Better Management." 🔍 In today’s data-driven world, oncology practices are sitting on vast amounts of information, but unlocking the real value requires breaking down silos and improving interoperability. I'll be sharing my thoughts on: - The most persistent barriers to interoperability 🧩 - How AI and technology are shaping the future of practice analytics ⚙️ - Solutions to help practices leverage their data, even when they lack in-house expertise 💼 It’s going to be an insightful discussion, and I can’t wait to hear perspectives from industry leaders and share Navista's vision on how we can help practices harness the full potential of their data. If you’re attending, let’s connect! Looking forward to learning, sharing, and driving innovation in the oncology space. #AVBCC2024 #OncologyAnalytics #ValueBasedCare #Interoperability #HealthcareInnovation #DataDrivenDecisions #Navista #OncologyLeadership

As the end-of-year approaches and resolutions for 2024 are made, it is also a time to sustain and become more prepared to proactively integrate financial health into the overall cancer care plan, and help patients access affordable, high-quality care for improved quality of life. ACCC’s Financial Advocacy Network released its new consensus-based Oncology Financial Advocacy Services Guidelines, a framework for oncology financial services that helps programs prevent, detect and mitigate financial hardship for their patients during cancer care.
