He said the hull of his icebox was swollen and needed to be changed. I bought the refrigerator 3 years and 6 months ago. I don't understand the deterioration of this product in such a short time. While I have no fault, your customer service is asking me for 18.000 TL / 32.5 TL = 554 USD. I'm not going to pay this money. I will continue my legal battle against Electrolux. You have no right to deceive me in this way. the refrigerator has not been working in my house for 15 days. I will tell this to everyone in the world. Your officials in Turkey are incompetent and they have no information. They're not answering their phones either. Unfortunately, electrolux offers very poor service.
