We all have to do better to be better, Eric Levin. Relationships are NOT built with data and tech tools, as I believe data and tech tools are the compliment to truth and trust. If you are trusted, you will always do better by being the “go to” when everybody else is running from! I was right there with you in the 2000s and enjoyed the daily grind then as much as I do now. I'll just say this: Although the business is ever evolving, those that get it right aren’t that hard to find, but they are challenging to help… Why? Because they get it right for a reason. If you build a trusted tool, it will be used. If you are trusted, you will build trusted relationships that will most assuredly create shared valued. After all, that's our purpose! Good on you. 👍
