I'm always focused on understanding my clients. That's why I'm headed to Pavilion's GTM2024 summit next week. I don't need to be an expert on things like: • RevOps • Buyer intent signals • Sales benchmarking • Structuring a sales team • Account based marketing tactics • AI-based prospecting • Pipeline forecasting • Revenue attribution Because I don't deliver on those things. But my clients do. The folks I work with include leaders of marketing, sales, or revenue. And if I'm going to help them, I need to understand how they work. (Even though I used to be a VP Marketing and CMO, the world changes too much to rely solely on past experience). The better I understand their world, the faster I can help them get results. P.S.
