H1 done and holidays season ahead of us. Time for a recap message, right? Well, the H1 was not only struggle and tears like a year ago 😅 Markets, not only in the Nordics, still seem to be pretty slow in decision making. There are some good general signs, and maybe ECB will continue to fall interest rates which would lead to more active investement decisions later in H2. The current market situation has definitely calmed down the talent market and there are a lot of great engineers available at the moment. We at Software Sauna of course would love to utilize this opportunity...and we did hire 5 new developers only in June! Few businesses can grow without exceptional service / product and sales operations. I would like to give a very special kudos to our Sales team Joona Komulainen and Lassi Kainulainen. Together we held over 270 meetings with prospects and clients during the first 6 months! 🔥 Thanks to such sales efforts and great work from our HR team Sandra Stojčević and Adrijana Berčić we managed to acquire new clients, hire new people and grow our Revenue +15.5% and EBIT +59% YOY! We broke our all time sales record 3 consecutive months in Q2. Looking forward the 4th in July!🚀 Figures are still not there where we want them to be, but direction is definitely right. Small summer break now and ready to break new records in H2! 😎🏆
