This is such an interesting perspective I think we really need to think much more about in the DEI space. Men are 50% of the population and typically the ones who hold the power to maintain or change the status quo, especially in the workplace. They need to be engaged, understood and supported if we want to have a hope of having true systemic change in the right direction
