🚀 Exciting Times at LTI I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Local Talent Interconnect (LTI) event, a platform hosted by IBM in the DACH region, dedicated to fostering exchange, networking, and mentorship. 🗣️ Panel Discussions with Leaders: Got the chance to be part of amazing panel discussions with senior leaders like Andreas Walter Stefan Liesche Namik Hrle Julia Günther and other senior leaders. Their stories and insights were not just inspiring but filled with real, practical advice. It felt like a sneak peek into the minds of people who’ve made it big, and it was priceless! 💡 Teamwork: Worked with a fantastic team and coaches to brainstorm and polish our ideas, also utilizing the IBM's Design Thinking methodology. Presenting our work to IBM executives at the end was a proud moment for all of us. 🤝 Networking: The LTI was more than just an event; it was a gateway to lasting connections and exploring opportunities. Got to connect with so many peers and senior leaders throughout the event. It’s not every day you get to do that, and I’m walking away with some great contacts and even better advice. The LTI is a beacon. It’s a space to be inspired, learn, and connect. February,March and April 2024! 1) Special mention at Accenture F&A town hall for delivering a monumental project. 2) Being recognised with #encore award for closely resonating company’s culture. 3) Recommendation for team member’s #promotion got approved. It was being called in as 1 in 100 promotion this quarter. 4) Demotivated on request for additional resource being delayed, but taking it up as a learning curve and test for resilience. 5) Participated in #women’s #cricket at workplace and it was so much fun:—) 6) Staycation with work mates at #Alibaug is highly recommended. 7) Learning to have difficult conversations in various aspects of life. 8) Down with jaundice had multiple realisations with health being on priority. 9) Be open to availing that mediclaim at workplace. It may turn out to be a blessing in disguise. 10) Started with new work out routine and sometimes such change really helps. 11) Halfway through my new read and it’s been an interesting one. 12) Tried posting on LinkedIn consistently, but it stills seems like a challenge. From Academic Underdog to Accenture Innovation Challenge Finalist. Today, I'm thrilled to share a personal milestone that defies the odds and challenges conventional notions of success. Despite not fitting the mold of a top academic performer, I've qualified for the Zonal Round of the Accenture Innovation Challenge and will be representing my region at the Nationals held in Bangalore. Here's my story. As a student, I've always struggled to keep up with the academic standards set by society. My grades often painted a picture of mediocrity, and doubts about my abilities plagued my confidence. However, I refused to let these setbacks define me. Instead, I focused on cultivating my passion for innovation and problem-solving. To my astonishment, my efforts paid off when I received the news of qualifying for the Zonal Round. It was a validation of my belief that success is not limited to traditional measures of achievement. The journey from being an academic underdog to a finalist in a prestigious competition like the Accenture Innovation Challenge has been nothing short of empowering. Now, as I prepare to compete in the Nationals in Bangalore, I am filled with a sense of purpose and excitement. I see this opportunity as a platform to defy stereotypes, challenge perceptions, and inspire others who may not fit the conventional academic mold. My journey is a testament to the fact that with passion, perseverance, and a belief in oneself, anyone can overcome obstacles and achieve greatness.
