Women's Energy Network Global (WEN) is an organization of professionals that provides networking opportunities and fosters career and leadership development for women in the energy industry. At Endeavor, we are proud to support this broader organization through Women's Energy Network Permian Basin, bringing women in industry together for education, networking, development, and more. Most recently, we sponsored the local chapter’s June Luncheon featuring Certified Personal Trainer Jenna Huffman, who led a conversation about physical exercise and its effects on mental health. Thank you to all EER employees who came out to support one another!

Navigating Success: Using Positive Self-Talk to Overcome Limiting Beliefs Since kindergarten, I’ve had the privilege of sitting beside my childhood best friend, the incredibly talented artist Melissa Hanvey. I could have easily fallen into the trap of comparison and jealousy, but instead, I chose to celebrate her strengths and learn from her unique gifts. Last week at Southern Star’s Women in Natural Gas Conference, I shared this story with an incredible group of women, and Melissa helped drive the message home with a live painting of a sailboat. We used the sailboat as a metaphor to illustrate how positive affirmations act like the wind in our sails, moving us toward our goals. On the other hand, limiting beliefs—such as ‘I’m not good enough’ or ‘I’m not talented enough’—weigh us down, like an anchor, and prevent us from moving forward. I challenged everyone to let go of those limiting beliefs and focus on using affirming self-talk to push themselves toward their goals. Imagine how far we can go when we stop comparing ourselves and lift each other up! What limiting belief are you ready to cut ties with? Drop it in the comments—let’s move forward together! ⛵ Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline #WomenInLeadership

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥-𝐬𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧? Our #ProjectFuel experience has shown that they can thrive within an enabling environment rooted in a foundation of #trust. Within the trusted space set up in the Project Fuel Fellowship Program, our Fellows actively foster a culture of #CrossOrganizationalCollaboration and #CoLearning that gives rise to genuine and valuable partnerships. The beautiful exchanges of openness and mutual respect between B. C. Lo and Herman Chan within the Fellowship Program have had a lasting impact on both individuals and their organizations. Herman, Chairperson of Empathy for the Elderly and a future changemaker with a constant thirst for learning and self-improvement expressed deep appreciation for BC’s generous sharing of diverse corporate experiences; in turn, BC, Founder and Chairman of Brothers & Sisters In Christ Foundation who faces challenges in resonating with young team members, sought advice from Herman to foster positive relationship within the team. From these exchanges, they have built a lasting kinship. At the organizational level, this genuine connection has also led these two Fellows to embark on a collaborative journey of bidding and running a program for older adults. “We hope to instill our positive energy and mutual understanding to the older adults we serve in our collaboration, so that they can also feel them,” said Herman. Tammy Liu, Assistant Program Director of DHCF, described the Fellowship Program as a peer circle where “everyone shares the values of trust, openness, and selflessness.” She believed that the impact of collaboration would become stronger “once (the Fellows) share the same values with a co-ownership mentality” as they would drive and make things happen by themselves. Discover more of the story between BC and Herman as unfolded in the Project Fuel Impact Video, along with reflections on the impact of a collaborative spirit from Act Plus Education Foundation and SLCO Community Resources Limited in the Impact Report. Together, let us foster an environment where trust thrives, leading to a culture of cross-organizational collaboration and co-learning that transforms more lives. 🌍 Reflecting on the Power of Community and Shared Humanity Today, I am inspired by a powerful quote from John Donne: "Any man’s death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind. Therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls. It tolls for thee." This quote profoundly resonates with the mission of our organization, the Community of Guardians (CoGs). It reminds us that we are all interconnected and that our actions have far-reaching impacts. At CoGs, we believe in the power of community and shared knowledge. Our platform serves as a knowledge transfer hub and social learning space, connecting verified scientists with individuals and communities eager to take action. By sharing credible scientific knowledge and actionable insights, we aim to restore trust in science and empower people to make informed decisions that contribute to global sustainability goals. We are more powerful than we think, and we have so much to share. Today, I encourage everyone to reach out to those in need. Let's consider it our privilege to help and support one another, especially in the face of challenges we all understand so well. Together, we can make a difference. Together, we can create a sustainable future. #CommunityOfGuardians #JohnDonne #SharedHumanity #Sustainability #ScienceForGood #CollectiveAction #TrustInScience #GlobalGoals

Leadership Expert | Certified Executive Coach Practitioner | Business Strategist |Award-Winning Wardrobe Stylist | Author | I empower corporate leaders and C-suite executives to lead with clarity, vision, and impact
“ Let's invest in the generation of tomorrow! As responsible members of society, we have a duty to create a positive impact in this world. It's a big question to ask yourself, "What can I do to make a massive difference?" One way to start is by improving young people's life chances. There are numerous ways to get involved and make a difference. Here are some ideas: - Mentor a young person - Tutor a pupil at your local school or online - Volunteer an hour or two a week in a school - Give a 'year of service' in a disadvantaged school - Be a role model and inspire students - Get your employer involved Youth bring fresh perspectives to the table and often question societal norms, pushing for change in areas such as social justice, environmental protection, and human rights. Their idealism and willingness to challenge entrenched systems are critical for addressing pressing issues. Through volunteerism, advocacy, and leadership, young people can make a significant impact on issues that affect their communities, such as education, social justice, and environmental sustainability. Let's support the next generation and work together to create a brighter future for all.”
