OX2 sells #solar projects of 45 MW in #Spain to Greening Group, a Spanish company active in renewable energy systems. The sale includes late-stage project rights of solar projects located in the Andalucia region and was recorded in the fourth quarter 2023. – Our total portfolio of solar projects was more than 6.4 GW by the end of the third quarter and this is our third divestment in a short time. Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) Enters Finnish Market with 600 MW Solar Projects in Partnership with Will & Must FRV, a leading global renewable energy company and part of Jameel Energy, has announced its entry into the Finnish market through a partnership with local operator Will & Must. The two companies have established a framework development agreement aimed at developing 600 MW of photovoltaic projects up to the “ready to build” phase. INVL Renewable Energy Fund I, managed by Lithuania’s INVL Asset Management, has secured €24.4 million in funding to propel the construction of a 60 MW solar farm in Dolj County, Romania. Backed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Eiffel Investment Group, this investment is a significant boost to Romania’s renewable energy landscape. With eight solar projects underway and a total portfolio of 483 MW, INVL is driving the expansion of Romania’s green energy capacity. RustMo1 Solar Project Marks a Decade of Clean Energy Production, Pioneering South Africa’s Renewable Landscape Celebrating a significant milestone, the RustMo1 Solar Project commemorates ten years of operation, marking its foundational role as South Africa’s pioneering renewable energy project under the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producers Procurement Programme (REI4P). As the first renewable energy venture developed through South Africa’s extensive renewables tender program, RustMo1, boasting a capacity of 7 megawatts (MW), has annually generated approximately 12.5 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity.
