Var Energi extends gas sales agreement with Eni for 12-year Var Energi signed an #agreement with #ENI under which the #Norwegian company has extended the long-term deal for delivery of up to 5 BCM/Y of #naturalgas to the #Italian company over a 12-year period, from 2024 to 2036. The volumes will be delivered at the #gas terminals in Emden and Dornum in #Germany and will be priced at market terms. Vaar has recently signed a similar deal with Germany's VNG. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has recently acquired Galp’s 10% stake in the Area 4 concession of Mozambique’s Rovuma basin natural gas project, marking its fourth international gas investment. ADNOC aims to expand its LNG capacity from 6 million to 15 million metric tons per annum as part of its growth strategy, which also includes renewable energy and petrochemicals.
