At Atropos, we’re dedicated to securing critical infrastructure across industries, with a particular focus on clean energy. We found Harry Kresja’s conversation with Jason Bordoff insightful and timely, highlighting how clean energy technologies can decarbonize infrastructure while strengthening it against emerging threats. This aligns with the work of our CTO, Vangelis Stykas, who has spoken extensively on securing EV charging networks and PV systems to ensure they become resilient assets, not vulnerabilities. We highly recommend this podcast for those shaping the future of secure, sustainable infrastructure. #Cybersecurity #CleanEnergy #Resilience #EVSecurity #PVSystems
The energy transition is transforming how we power our world – clean energy systems are becoming more interconnected, automated, and reliant on digital infrastructure. But with this transformation comes a new vulnerability: cyberattacks. On this week's episode of #ColumbiaEnergyExchange, host Jason Bordoff speaks with Harry Krejsa, Director of Studies at Carnegie Mellon Institute for Strategy & Technology, about the cybersecurity risks at the intersection of operational technology and information technology in the clean energy transition. 🎧 Listen now: https://lnkd.in/e4JwwYzf

For energy companies, the probability of a cyber attack is nearly 100% - Siemens Energy Overcoming the fear of connectivity is essential because the benefits of digitalization are too great. Organizations must focus on agility and resiliency so they can respond when – not if – they are attacked. Hence Siemens Energy partners with Darktrace to provide real-time anomaly detection to the industrial OT environment. Siemens Energy Plant Security Monitoring service provides the continuous visibility required to make smarter, faster decisions. For more information, click here - https://lnkd.in/g7kuiJsV

It's well known that Idaho National Laboratory has been at the forefront of developing industrial cybersecurity solutions to protect critical infrastructures for at least two decades. Despite all our successes, it's still a big deal when The White House recognizes our laboratory by name as a leading expert in creating industry-driven solutions. 👏 ➡️➡️“This builds on the White House Council on Supply Chain Resilience’s work to strengthen supply chains critical to America’s economic and national security. It also builds upon the efforts of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Idaho National Laboratory which have brought tremendous expertise to bear in securing operational technologies to date.” – Jake Sullivan, National Security Advisor.
