A recent report by Xendee and Endeavor Business Media found that while electric vehicle adoption is accelerating, the current grid infrastructure struggles to handle the increasing demand.
According to the report, 75% of survey respondents identified grid limitations as a critical obstacle to deploying EV charging stations. However, there is a clear consensus on the solution: microgrids powered by distributed energy resources. Nearly 80% of respondents believe microgrids are the game-changing technology needed to support the transition from internal combustion engines to electric fleets.
