2moBiggest concern is, when the parameters of agnostic solutions like RCT are incorrect or fail to consider the entire programming of the machine and major components fail because of it, is the agnostic solution provider willing to foot the bill of component replacement? Liability is a major factor. I'm not against agnostic solutions. But there are also major advantages to OEM solutions, especially when it comes to liability, visibility, reliability, and safety.
