💡The Dog that Says Meow Once upon a time, there was an office with a sign in the window. The sign read: “Help wanted. Must type 70 words a minute. Must be computer literate. Must be bilingual. We are an equal opportunity employer.” One day, a dog strolling down the street noticed the sign, walked into the office, and applied for the job. The office manager, taken aback, said, “I can’t hire a dog for this position.” The dog, undeterred, pointed to the line: “We are an equal opportunity employer.” The manager hesitated but handed the dog a letter and said, “Type this.” To everyone’s surprise, the dog trotted over to the typewriter and returned a minute later with the perfectly typed letter. Impressed, the manager challenged the dog further: “Write a computer program for it and run it.” Fifteen minutes later, the dog returned, having successfully completed the task. Still skeptical, the manager said, “But I can’t hire a dog for this position. You’ve got to be bilingual.” The dog looked up at the manager and confidently replied, “Meow.” Moral Lesson for a Sales Team: Embrace Diversity: As an employer, recognize that talent comes in all shapes and sizes. Anyone can become a highly successful sales rep given the chance. If someone meets all requirements and seeks an opportunity, give them a chance. Be Prepared: As a sales professional, be ready for anything. Strive to be the best in your field. Whether it’s reading sales manuals, attending webinars, or mastering high-pressure sales tactics, go the extra mile to excel. Remember, success often comes from unexpected places. Just like the dog that said “meow,” your team members can surprise you with their abilities when given the opportunity. #Diversity #Motivation

As salespeople, we work so hard and move so fast, but when was the last time you stopped to think about what for? 💡 If you're in sales, obviously money is a high priority, but what a lot of people don't take advantage of is really breaking down the ways in which achieving their goals can make an impact on their lives. That's why I created an exercise called "Bringing your Quota to Life"! This is a great way to add fuel to the fire for both sales leaders and individual contributors to achieve their goals. Want to pay off your student debt? Get a new car? Take a vacation? Use this short and simple exercise to break down the timeline in which you can achieve your goals and then have fun executing them! Maybe put a picture of the beach you want to be on in Hawaii on your desk if that's what it takes! 🏝️😂 Thanks in advance for take a moment to review the video and comment below what lofty goals you've set for yourself! Lastly, The A Players are growing once again and I'm looking for a new awesome rep to join our world-class team! 🅰️ If you're interested in the role or know someone who is, please feel free to reach out! Cheers!

What is the MOST fun part of your job? (I'd really like to know!) The most fun part of my job is learning about my clients' business and the market they're in, then developing a custom growth strategy with their goals and budget in mind. Why is this fun? Because I get to think of and research 'out of the box' ideas and deliver recommendations that are supported by data. Just today, I worked on a strategy that I am wholly confident will 5X my clients' SaaS company in less than 2 years- and for a total annual cost to them of less than a VP of Sales' salary. Painting this picture that includes a tech stack, outsourced solutions and internal hires is so very satisfying. So, let me (and everyone) know! What is the piece of your job that doesn't feel like work at all?
