The reason we don't give importance to coffee on International Tea Day is straightforward: it’s a day specifically for celebrating tea. International Tea Day, on May 21st, highlights the cultural, economic, and social significance of tea globally. It acknowledges the millions involved in the tea industry and addresses related trade issues. While coffee is also a globally beloved beverage with its own rich history and significant economic impact, it has its own dedicated day: International Coffee Day, celebrated on October 1st. This day provides a similar platform for celebrating coffee, recognizing the work of those in the coffee industry, and promoting sustainable practices. Celebrating International Tea Day specifically for tea allows focused appreciation and discussion about this beverage. Tea enthusiasts, producers, and organizations get the spotlight to share their passion and knowledge without distraction. Coffee, too, has its own dedicated time for recognition. Thus, giving importance to coffee on International Tea Day detracts from the purpose of honoring and promoting tea. Each beverage deserves its own time to be fully highlighted and appreciated.

The challenge of targeting young people in the wine industry and how Bodegas San Alejandro is an amazing example #Wine consumers are divided by ages 18-34, 35-54 and 54+. Overall, the segment with the lowest consumption are ages 18-34, specifically in Spain the penetration rate of wine between 18 and 34 years old is 26%. For consumers ages 35 to 54, that number increases to 36%, and for those ages 54 and older, it increases to 38%. (Source:Oemv) Nowadays, wineries struggle to attract #young consumers but Bodegas San Alejandro is a great example of how to reach the target succesfully: · One way to ease into the amazing wine world is through #whitewine. The brand Viñas de miedes is the most “casual” wine of Bodegas San Alejandro. It is born for the urban public, non-conformist, who worries about their health and the planet. · New ways of #packaging, their brand viñas de miedes is also offered in cans so it is easy to travel with. · The look and feel of their brand is simple and #modern. From their cellar to their website, their packaging and their social media, BSA always puts a lot of effort in transmitting their values: sustainability, quality and enjoyment. · Direct and relatable communications. They do not use elevated words and are able to create a perception of wine being accessible and casual Despite all of this strategies, Bodegas San Alejandro has no better way to attract almost anyone than with their excellent quality #Garnacha wines.
