𝗠𝘆 "𝗩𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗕𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁" 𝗔𝗵𝗮! 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: 𝗔 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 Recently, my boss, Professor Reddanna Pallu, was interviewed about "Vikasit Bharat." Coming from a Telugu family, terms like that always seemed like government jargon to me. My brain glazed over policies and initiatives, but I recently attended the Farewell Dinner of Mr Joost Geijer, Head of Economic Affairs, Netherlands Embassy in India. He explained why the Netherlands can't ignore India. It clicked! Vikasit Bharat isn't a slogan; it's India in 2047 - a developed nation celebrating its 100th year of independence. PM Modi's vision isn't wishful thinking; it's grounded in reality: -We're the world's largest, youngest workforce, hungry for progress. -Our IT talent is unmatched, fueling innovation everywhere. -Opportunities are endless, and tech is helping people seize them. -We're a diverse but united nation, stable and resilient. -Global players aren't betting on India out of charity; they see the potential. It's not just the government pushing this; it's a nationwide momentum. I used to think Vikasit Bharat was about schemes I didn't understand. Now I see it's about my cousin launching her startup, my neighbor upskilling online, the quiet confidence in our streets. It's not a handout, it's us stepping up. We have challenges, sure, but the world sees our strengths. In 2047, Vikasit Bharat won't be a surprise; it'll be the inevitable outcome of who we are today. Happy Independence Day Everyone. IB Group came up with a wonderful bouquet of presentation of how India has developed till date after its independence and how IB Group has developed since its inception from 1985 . The 45 mins participation from various department showcased a level of equality , inspiration and a promise to develop together with the country . We IB Gians always believe that nothing is impossible if we have the goal in front we know we have to progress towards it .Each year we thrive with equal zeal and enthusiasm . As we celebrate our independence, let us also recognize the responsibilities that come with it.
