Like every year, in January, we will find out the results of VEKTOR 2023, the indicator of communication with the investors for listed companies on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, an indicator analyzed by ARIR - Romanian Investor Relations Association in collaboration with an extensive group of local and international specialists (financial analysts, IR professionals, consultants and teachers). For the 5th consecutive year, ARIR uses a very clearly defined methodology to calculate the VEKTOR indicator score. This indicator assesses how listed companies, both those on the Main Market and those on the AeRO market, manage communication with their investors. The effective communication with investors is an essential pillar of the sustainable development of the capital market, and the need to adopt best practices is becoming more and more evident among companies listed on BVB. We invite you to find out together, Monday, January 29, LIVE on our social networks, how the companies listed on the stock exchange performed in 2023 in terms of communication with investors. #BVB #ARIR #Vektor

Nice to be back! 😎 As announced today, Poland, after 9 years, is back again at the FDI Confidence Index by Kearney. We are listed at 7th place among emerging markets, and 23rd worldwide (TOP 25 countries most attractive for foreign investors, where podium belongs to USA, Canada and China). The study says, it’s our potential in technology and innovations that contributed most. The investors also have very positive views on local law, easy capital flow and transparent government regulations (??🙄 😉). Indefi @ the #SIS7: Recap from the Sustainable Investor Summit Last week, INDEFI had the pleasure to actively contribute to the Sustainable Investor Summit, organised by the ICF Institutional Capital Forum in Frankfurt. Our Principal, Zoya Bragina, shared her insights on sustainable finance best practices in private equity both in her keynote address and during a panel discussion with fellow industry professionals (Lothar Jakab, Lucia Mancisidor, Nicolas Muller, Marco Natoli, Nicolas Theis). The discussion highlighted the immediate impacts private equity can make in the real world through both thematic and generalist investments. Zoya emphasised two best practices: ▶ Setting clear intentions for impact: Precise and actionable goals are key to impactful investment strategies. By clearly defining the intended impact, private equity firms align efforts and provide a roadmap for success. ▶ Continuous engagement with portfolio companies: Impact creation doesn't stop with investment. It requires ongoing engagement and collaboration with portfolio companies to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate results. By drawing on our expertise in Sustainable Finance and Private Asset Management, INDEFI is looking forward to further international collaborations across asset classes to shape the finance industry of tomorrow. If you want to find out more about our expertise, do not hesitate to get in touch with your team: Emmanuel Parmentier, Zoya Bragina, Heiner Weber, Charlotte Salmon, Imène Maharzi. #SustainableInvesting #ImpactInvesting #Finance #Sustainability #INDEFI #SIS7 #Summit #ESG #PrivateEquity
