To make a long story short 👨🏻💻, it's now time to say a goodbye ✊to each and every members of Trivium Packaging team. When one is having fun, time speeds by 🚀 , and what a journey it has been. What provides the Cambridge Dictionary say about what "a journey" implies then? - the process of travelling from one location to another, usually via car. - A set of events that happen to someone over time, particularly if those experiences shape the person in some way. - A school child's achievements as well as expertise are documented in this book. That sums it up pretty accurate ! Imagine starting into an empty office in Paris, at La tour Cristal due to Covid crisis and being handed a laptop and a stack of project, annual negotiations, digitalization, transformation, restructuring.🎢🎢🎢 I have been deeply impressed by the different teams, from the operator to the senior leaders passing by the cleaners. 🏭 Things cannot go that well without a deep commitment. I met people really passionated 💗💞💕and they passed me that passion, come rain or come shine.🗽 I will specially thanks those who have supported me throughout my journey🦸🏻♂️, especially my team members and mentors, who continued to challenged me daily !You have been instrumental in my growth and success, and I’m grateful for your guidance, encouragement, and friendship. I learnt so much from you and I am happy to know that I shared with many of you what I know and what I believe in. In the next few days, I will continue to personally say good-bye to quite a few of people🫵🏽🫵🏽🫵🏽. It is a very small world, and I have absolute trust that we will cross paths once more. It's time to move on, join another squad, keep on growing. 🫀 I am very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead, and I’m eager to discover the next chapter. #HR #TEAMSPIRIT #PASSION

Last week I made a post about my 30th anniversary with Holman. (Thank you everyone for sharing all the love!). Bob Clark commented, “Companies who have longevity like Holman have to be doing something right…” Part of what I think that something is I mentioned in my post – excellent employee experience, but also, part of it is that I’m not a rare bird in having reached 30 years. Believe it or not, I’m not even in the top 100 employees! And when you look at our Board and Executive Leadership Team, more than 40% have more time in at Holman than me: Mindy Holman, Carl Ortell, Chris Conroy, Frank Beideman, Kathy Mullin, Bob White, Frank Cardile, and Gene Welsh. And two others have more than 20 years: Kristina Nicoles and Anthony Foursha. That’s almost 300 years of combined experience with the company among our top decision makers! And that’s just part of how Holman is “Driving What’s Right.” #Holman100

CEO & Co-Founder at bluquist - foundational software & services to empower human potential I Product Manager & Tech. Enthusiast
What makes a cohesive and great team? One of my colleagues asked me this during our half-yearly team event in Munich last week and I've considered the question for a few moments while responding. What came to my mind then were two things, one from Simon Sinek and one from Jocko Willink. Both evolve strongly around the aspect of trust. If you have a team generally you would want always two things: High Performance AND High Trust. As it turns out having those two are mutually influencing but with one distinction. Performance in to absence of trust turns into selfish behaviours and ultimately deteriorates any cohesive team structure and performance. Same goes with mutual support and being respected as a leader. The best leaders create compassion and trust amongst their team members because if people care for each other they go a long long way in supporting peers in all kinds of situations. I'm happy to be part of a team that shows both things continually. Trust and commitment to high performance. Iterating on shared team values and coming together (in a physical location) is from my perspective the best way to create a culture that is focused on those two things. And it also doesn't hurt to make fun a core aspect of events as well. 😎 We are walking this path now since more than 3 years and the 15 people working for bluquist right now (not all on the picture) have created a human potential development system that reaches more and more users and companies as every week goes by. Thanks to every bluquist member for turning our vision more and more into reality. bluquist #team #cohesive #high #performance #trust #human #potential

Brand Ambassador @ Crombie. Professor - International Trade @ U.C.S.F & U.N.L. Expert in International Trade. Bachelor's degree in International Relationships. Olympic Weightlifting coach. Flag Football QB
🏈 Turns out, I'm not the only Green Bay Packers fan in here...It's game day spirit at Crombie as we celebrate birthdays and Crombieversaries. Suuuuuuper happy to see another 🧀head in town. Just like in football, building a great company and being a good Tech Partner is all about teamwork and strategic plays. Let's keep pushing forward together and scoring big wins in tech! 🚀 Here are three value points on the importance of a well-rounded team like the 90’s Brett Favre era: 🏈 👀Diverse Perspectives: A well-rounded team brings together individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and experiences. This diversity fosters a range of perspectives and ideas, leading to more innovative solutions to complex problems. Each team member contributes unique insights that collectively enhance decision-making and creativity. 🏈 😎Efficiency and Collaboration: When everyone works together cohesively, tasks are completed more efficiently. Each team member understands their role and responsibilities, leveraging their strengths to contribute effectively to shared goals. Collaboration minimizes duplication of effort, speeds up project timelines, and ensures that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. 🏈 🫂Resilience and Adaptability: In today's dynamic business environment, a well-rounded team is essential for navigating challenges and adapting to change. Team members with varied expertise and skills can pivot quickly when faced with unexpected obstacles or market shifts. This adaptability allows the team to stay agile, innovate in response to emerging trends, and maintain a competitive edge in the industry. These points underscore how a diverse and collaborative team can drive success by fostering innovation, efficiency, and adaptability in achieving organizational goals. 💻 #Teamwork #SoftwareDevelopment #GreenBayPackers #TechInnovation

Kind Leadership - Activating People to Create a Kinder, Better World! Activator, Author, TEDx Speaker, Artist, Coach & Consultant
Guess what??!! It’s above freezing today where I am…for the first time in many days! And…it’s Wednesday! The day I normally spend in Rockford, IL working with my fabulous client Goellner, Inc. They have an early start, so I normally leave my house by 5:30 am. It was a dark, cold drive this morning! When I got to Hennig, (one of the Goellner Inc. companies I serve), Joshua Green said to me, “It’s super cold and slippery driving, so why don’t I drive you over to AME!” (the Goellner Inc company we were working on Goellner Way at today). “I’ll get my car and pick you up at the door. That way you will be warmer and don’t need to worry about slipping!” (It’s too cold for the salt that was everywhere in the parking lot and walkway to work well.) When we arrived at AME, we had to make a short, uphill walk, to another building. Both Josh and Matt Juric (who does Continuous Improvement at AME) offered me their arm! Again, even though everything was salted and cleared as best as possible, they know my knees aren’t what they used to be and wanted me to feel as safe and comfortable as possible! The moral of this story: So often we think about lean implementation as teaching people principles to improve processes. Respect for people, kindness and caring, is often forgotten, or comes a distant second. Not in The Goellner Way! Respect, kindness, caring, safety all come first. Lots of great work today…done in the right way! That’s what The Goellner Way is all about! #lean #safety #kindness #leadership

Show gratitude...... In any team or organization, it is crucial to recognize and appreciate the individuals who work hard to contribute to the team's success. Acknowledging and celebrating the efforts of these individuals not only boosts their morale and motivation but also creates a positive and supportive work environment. When team members feel that their hard work is recognized and valued, they are more likely to feel satisfied and engaged in their work. This, in turn, leads to increased productivity and improved team dynamics. Recognizing hard work also promotes a culture of appreciation and gratitude within the team, encouraging others to strive for excellence and contribute their best efforts. #team #integrity #dependability #respect #brunnerslawnandservices #commercialmowing #commerciallandscaping https://lnkd.in/g6SkPrbz

Poppulo’s SKO is officially a wrap! There is nothing more motivating than gathering together to align on our strategies for the upcoming year and celebrate the successes of the last. This year, with it being in person, seeing people IRL and being a part of a growing global footprint left me with some thoughts: - In person engagements are not going away. - Communications are more important than ever. - Transparency and consistent engagement with your team in all forums lends itself to a more engaged and educated workforce. - The impact that you can drive with one communication channel is always outdone by meeting folks where they are at and continuing to drive a message home through multiple channels. - We do some cool stuff for employees, leaders, companies, travelers and guests! I just had to say it! ;) We did some amazing things last year and I cannot wait to see what this new year will bring! #poppulo #sko #employeecommunications #employeeengagement #guestexperience
