Our entire legislative system, Federal and State, is corrupt at many levels and needs a major course correction. Citizens can no longer assume democracy is of the People, by the People, for the People. An oath of office to serve the American people has no meaning, or purpose for many when they take their oath of office. We need a transparent framework that holds our elected officials accountable & responsible with immediate meaningful consequences. A playing field where no one is above the law instead of our current circumstances where graft is the norm and those in power see politics as a means of self-serving privilege and wealth accumulation. On January 1, 2025, this corruption is going to scale again this time in the housing predatory foreclosure experience that is going to destroy the lives of people who availed themselves of the CARES Act forbearance and will now lose their homes. These Homeowners are going to lose their homes for reasons that they did not create, through cancerous mortgage fraud that has been going on in the US since 2007. Millions of Americans have lost their homes and have their lives destroyed illegally through fraud. This problem will be the #1 issue for the new President in 2025. The enablers have similar histories that can be found in the depths of this case. Ending Regulatory capture has to be part of the solution.

Kruger National Park is truly a remarkable destination. 🏞 Nature often imparts valuable lessons in interpretation... and not all interpretations are meant to be the same!   While capturing this video, our initial thought was that the crocodile was eyeing the bird as a potential meal 😊. However, we discovered a small bank where the crocodile simply wanted to bask in the sun. Who knows, maybe the bird stood still as camouflage for the first thought too 😊   Similarly, in business or various social contexts, people and businesses may perceive each other as threats or harbor hostile intentions, when, in reality, they mostly share a common environment that brings together diverse groups and personalities. Just like the varied facets of nature coexist, human interactions can lead to meaningful collaborations and understanding. As we coexist, evolve and display something meaningful in our environment, it makes us unique and stand out as a collective!
