Define a “collective problem solving methodology” to increase your team’s ROI and overall satisfaction. Your entire team should have a basic understanding of common problem solving methodologies. Focus on: • Feature requests should include a hypothesis. • Past and current findings should be centrally located. • Individual and departmental work should be traceable back to OKRs.
