The Class of 2025 welcomed their senior year by gathering at the stadium this morning to enjoy friendship, coffee, donuts and a beautiful sunrise together, many wearing customized, hand-painted jeans that they had decorated last week during a senior class after-school activity. We're so excited to celebrate this year with our oldest Eagles and can't wait to see where this year leads them! #goeagles 💙🦅

Since 2017, our team at Easy Mile Fitness has prioritized Monthly Offsites for our +40 General Managers. With 90 meetings under our belt, these sessions may look a little bit different than the old days, but remain an important space for discussing the business, sharing best practices, and fostering team camaraderie. 📈💡🤝 While each of our Planet Fitness locations is unique, these Offsites allow the team to collaborate on how to address common challenges across the organization. By working together, we can brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance the experience for our ~300,000 members and the 50,000 daily visitors to our facilities. Despite our organization's growth and changes, the commitment to these team gatherings has never wavered. While no longer run by Philip Amato and myself, under the much more effective leadership of Mandi Castagnola and Keishla Tejedor Rodriguez these Offsites have only become a more important part of our business. Looking forward to many more great Offsites to come!👏 #TeamBuilding #Leadership #Collaboration #BusinessGrowth

Pumped for LA this week! Drop me a DM if you have a few mins to catch up or would like an in-person intro to learn more about the product + team. I know you'll love the Loper app, but if you work in higher ed, no matter your role we'll have something extra to share with you if you stop by Booth 105: 1. Insights on organic traffic to your school's profile (Yes, every school already has a profile) 2. Real example campaigns from our partners that are increasing brand awareness generating further student inquiries through our mobile app 3. Media assets (think gamified quizzes) we've built for partners to engage and qualify students outside of the app. They're perfect for admissions counselors on the road or for those building more interactive comms flows And of course, we can't let you leave empty handed without some new swag! 🐶
This dog is hitting the road! Loper is trading Lake Michigan for the Pacific ocean next week and heading to #NACAC2024 in sunny Los Angeles for the biggest event in college counseling and enrollment of the year. Reckon yourself a trivia master? Swing by booth 105 to meet Loper's team and win yourself a prize (or two). Just make sure you know your college mascots first 🐶 🐉 🐎 🐻!!

Since we hosted the MAT Athlete course in January, I've been able to try it out on dozens of players and compare it to the more traditional styles of MAT that I've been doing. It's been extremely helpful and very effective and enables me to do a lot in a small amount of time. Here are three things that I like the most about it: 1. If you're in a team setting or have a high volume of athletes that you have to deal with in a small amount of time, it really helps you identify, address, and double check an issue. 2. It can help you identify problems that have not shown up yet in the traditional range of motion exam or have not yet presented as a problem to the athlete yet. 3. It can help you scan practically the entire body in a short amount of time. This is usually after you've been dealing with an athlete for a while and their bodies are looking pretty good. For me this has been a tremendous help in my practice as I usually only have at most 30 minutes with players at a time. It helps me become much more effective in a shorter amount of time. Love it! #muscleactivation #matathlete Muscle Activation Techniques®
