I am looking forward to the upcoming German Canadian Concourse – in Berlin and Montréal. #ArtificialIntelligence is a strategic competency for technological leadership. #AI is in an acceleration phase worldwide and across technological disciplines. The #GCC aims to be at the forefront of an emerging innovative development and to reflect the German-Canadian context. The topic of the #GCC2023 has therefore been chosen deliberately to pave the way for cooperation between #Canada and #Germany in an evolving field of AI – #Aerospace. The #Transatlantic Symposium on November 30th will discuss how German-Canadian collaboration can accelerate the implementation of AI in Aerospace. The GCC is addressing corporations, research orginizations and start-ups who want to expand their AI- and Aerospace-related activities across the Atlantic.

Brussels is the home of the European Union and NATO, and I was also told it was for french fries with mayonnaise too (that’s unconfirmed) 🇪🇺 This year it played host to Arcadis’ annual pan-European Due Diligence Community workshop 👨🏻💼👩🏻💼 It is an opportunity to debate topics concerning recent successes, continuous improvement, digital and innovation, and cementing of collaboration. All the above is driven with our clients and projects in mind. There was of course time set-aside to take a break from talking all the time about that due diligence ‘yada-yada’ ✅ A subject which fascinates me, which is not an official agenda item (nor does it need to be in our case), is that of inter-team communication and understanding. I am referring to ‘cultural-competency’. It is a vital soft-skill of any consulting community which intends to work harmoniously with other nationalities across boarders. The African Union responded for air space liberalization effort and formulated Yamoussoukro Decision of 1999 and later the Single African Air Transport Market (SAATM) on the 28th of January 2018, during the 30th Ordinary Session of the AU Assembly held in Addis Ababa. It is one of Agenda 2063 African Union flagship projects aimed to create a single unified and liberalized air transport market in Africa. The instrumentality of the project is the full implementation of Yamoussoukro Decision of 1999, signed by 44 African countries in Yamoussoukro, the de jure capital city of Ivory Coast.
