In 2023 we did our best to ensure that excellent employers have candidate pipelines as flowing as the New Year confetti! 🎉🥂 We conducted 2,108 online psychological tests and 96 assessments for management positions, while our tireless recruiters started the largest greenfield project in Croatia that will open a new career opportunity for 1,800 professionals. With the mission to stimulate the growth of organizations, people… and plants we: 👉organized 300 educations and workshops 👉spent 400 hours on individual coaching meetings with managers 👉made space for 20 new plants that will grow with our employees 🌱 The most challenging task this year was to make changes that mean a difference in building more equal, healthier, and human working environments. That’s why we spoke at 15 events that brought together the HR community, upgraded the prestigious Employer Partner certificate, and launched the Equal Pay Champion certificate. 🚀 Also, we got an insight into many organizations as we read feedback from over 50,000 employees who participated in organizational climate and employee engagement surveys and spoke with more than 1,000 employees through the Future Resilience wellbeing program. Here's to a year filled with opportunities, new talents, and zero typos in CVs! Let's make it a year to remember.

Taiwan's working-age population peaked in 2016 and has since been declining, reaching 16.33 million in 2023. Projections suggest a further decrease to 7.76 million by 2070, with nearly half being middle-aged and elderly individuals. Despite optimistic scenarios regarding increased labor force participation and the retention of foreign workers, Taiwan is expected to face a shortfall of around 400,000 workers by 2030, particularly in industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and social services. To address these labor shortages, the Tsai administration in Taiwan is implementing policies to attract and retain foreign talent and workers. Ministries such as Labor and Education have established KPIs and regularly review and refine their strategies. There are hopes that the new government led by Lai will further improve laws and regulations to enhance the attraction and retention of foreigners in Taiwan's workforce.
