Trade shows are big expenses. They are also big opportunities. We talk about this all the time with our partners from Art Guild, Inc. who build the amazing booth environments for these shows. Getting the message right on the booth is key, but aligning the physical message with the sales conversations happening in the booth can make the event even more impactful. Just as important is keeping the energy and enthusiasm up AFTER the show. Have a detailed support plan well in advance of the show. Ask your salespeople how it went at the show. Provide them refreshed support after the show. That is how ROI will happen. #tradeshows #backtobasics
